What You Will Be Doing (Daily Responsibilities)

• Perform Precision Welding: Execute high‑quality TIG and MIG welds on custom fabrications, structural components, and prototypes for medical, printing, and packaging applications.
• Interpret Complex Engineering Blueprints: Analyze detailed manufacturing prints, engineering drawings, and structural weld symbols to ensure 100% part accuracy and fit‑up.
• Dial In Equipment Parameters: Set up and adjust welding machines, shielding gas mixtures, and heat parameters to meet strict ISO 9001:2015 quality standards.
• Layout & Fit‑Up Assemblies: Measure, position, align, and fit complex sheet metal and structural components prior to final welding.
• Material Handling & Rigging: Safely utilize overhead bridge cranes and forklifts to position, flip, and transport large weldments through the shop.
