Qualifications

• 1-2 years manufacturing experience required, 5+ years preferred.
• Requires completion of basic skills test.

• Ability to follow written and oral instructions; work with precision.
• Team-oriented and able to read precise measurement instruments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe work environment and follow PPE rules; keep area clean.
• Inspect product quality; investigate issues and log scrap data.
• Operate machines per standard work and work instructions; record data.
• Maintain 5S standards and machine condition; perform preventive maintenance.
• Meet daily production targets; adapt pace to schedules.
