Job summary

TE Connectivity is seeking a Tape - Production Operator III for the 1st shift (Mon - Fri, 6am - 2:30pm) in Fuquay-Varina, NC. The role involves setting up and operating machines to perform precision manufacturing tasks, maintaining equipment to quality standards, and documenting production activities.

Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and ability to follow SOPs are essential. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, read/write/speak English, and may have experience with

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Ability to understand and follow written batch instructions and SOPs.
• Some experience using mixers, scales, and other compounding equipment is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate measurement skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a production environment.
• Forklift or pallet jack experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machines and tools to perform manufacturing operations.
• Maintain equipment to adhere to quality standards.
• Document production activities (Autonomous Maintenance, WIP tracking, OEE, etc.).
• Adhere to safety policies, including PPE requirements and handling regulations for materials.
• Help maintain inventory of raw materials and production supplies.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, and others for product consistency and compliance.
