Job summary

International Paper is hiring an hourly, full-time associate for a Monday-Thursday, 5am-3pm shift in Asheboro, NC. You will check counts, ensure bale unit accuracy, and produce correct load tags while maintaining a safe, clean work area.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must read a tape measure and perform basic math.
• Able to understand and follow production schedules and specifications.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with team members.

Responsibilities

• Check counts and bale unit accuracy.
• Check customer specifications and appearance of loads.
• Produce accurate load tags.
• Monitor load tag process by verifying tags and placing tags in unit.
• Provide clear and concise communication.
• Assist stacker operator with quality checklist.
• Operate a clean and safe work environment.
• Restack loads not within warp standards.
• Communicate quality clearly to the team.
• Provide timely radio communications.
