Job summary

Construction Resources is seeking a Template Technician to create precise templates for quartz, granite, and other natural stone countertops. You will perform field measurements at various job sites and interpret drawings to ensure accurate fabrication and installation.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to work in fast-paced environments. Training will be provided on company templating systems, with opportunities across field and shop settings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in countertop templating, installation, fabrication, or related field preferred.
• Willing to train candidates with transferable skills and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Create accurate templates in accordance with job specifications and procedures.
• Perform field measurements at residential and/or commercial job sites.
• Read and interpret architectural drawings, layouts, and technical documents.
• Communicate with Order Control, Sales, fabrication teams, and customers regarding template details and scheduling.
• Maintain templating equipment and tools and keep a clean, safe work environment.
