Ventura Foods is seeking a warehouse associate in Birmingham, AL to operate Raymond stand-up reach forklifts and support production and distribution. The role requires precise spatial awareness and certified forklift operation.

The position is onsite with a first shift and hourly pay. Responsibilities include staging orders, loading trucks, receiving goods, and maintaining safety and accuracy throughout warehouse processes.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Raymond stand-up reach forklift experience and ability to pass annual forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Stage orders accurately and prepare them for loading with RF documentation and proper lot/product selection.
• Load customer orders onto trucks following safety procedures and proper loading practices.
• Receive packaging, ingredients and finished goods with correct storage, rotation and documentation.
