Job summary

M-B Companies, an Aebi Schmidt brand located in Chilton, Wisconsin, is seeking a Spray Painter/Part Washer to support metal and fiberglass component production. You will wash, prepare surfaces and apply prime or finish coats, reading blueprints and inspecting work to ensure specifications.

Responsibilities include painting, handling parts on racks, operating spray equipment and compatible safety gear, and using an overhead crane or forklift as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and sketches.
• Strong knowledge of paint mixing and spraying techniques.
• Ability to safely work with paint solvents and PPE.
• Attention to detail and ability to verify conformance to specs.
• Experience with overhead crane and forklift is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and sketches.
• Hang parts on racks and carts for washing and painting.
• Perform surface preparation and wash metal, aluminum and fiberglass parts for painting.
• Mix coatings and regulate spray width and pressure; apply prime or finish coats.
• Inspect parts during and after painting to ensure specifications are met.
• Operate an overhead crane and forklift when needed.
