Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking a dependable Spot Welder / Resistance Welder for our Corona, CA manufacturing team. The role involves joining metal components using spot and resistance welding while following drawings, work instructions, and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has welding experience, good attention to detail, and the ability to read basic blueprints. Role is full-time, first shift, with pay ranging $25-30/hr depending on experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in spot welding/resistance welding or metal fabrication preferred.
• Ability to read basic blueprints or drawings is a plus.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and perform repetitive welds with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Operate spot welding and resistance welding machines to join metal parts.
• Position and align parts, fixtures, and electrodes prior to welding.
• Set up equipment according to work instructions and production requirements.
• Perform repetitive welds with consistent quality and inspect welds for strength and appearance.
• Read blueprints and work orders, record production data, and follow safety procedures.
