Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East in Redding, CA seeks a full-time Small Parts Production Associate Technician to fabricate and test small parts and support the Small Parts Lab. Reports to the Small Parts Supervisor, Production Manager and Director of Manufacturing.

The role requires 1–3 years in production or assembly, with strong attention to detail, fine motor skills, and the ability to follow procedures in a clean, lab setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years in product assembly or related manufacturing.
• Experience with cleanroom environment preferred.
• Strong fine motor skills and dexterity.
• Able to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Stock incoming materials and pull required items.
• Fabricate products per procedures and instructions.
• Assemble and inspect small parts with a microscope.
• Perform QC reviews and report discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and assist others.
