Qualifications

• Proficiency with precision measuring equipment and reading blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Comply with Company Safety Policies and Procedures.
• Understand and apply Safety Consequences Policy.
• Fasten or assemble light and medium parts on the line.
• Operate electrical, hydraulic and air activated hand tools.
• Read and follow standard work directions on the assembly line.
• Ensure parts meet quality standards as they are assembled.
• Track production numbers to meet machine quotas.
• Report any machine malfunctions.
• Work in a lean manufacturing team environment.
• Drive plant performance via Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost metrics.
• Maintain regular attendance and scheduling flexibility.
