Qualifications

• Basic math and clear communication; read and understand English instructions and logs.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance for heavier loads.
• Reliable attendance and adherence to timekeeping procedures.
• Comfortable standing in a non-climate-controlled environment for the shift.
• Basic understanding of warehouse functions and mechanical knowledge (preferred).
• Strong teamwork skills and effective communication with colleagues.
• Attentive to detail and able to locate correct shelf locations.

Responsibilities

• Locate and select products from warehouse shelves following labeling guidelines.
• Verify picked and packed items against orders for accuracy.
• Pack and prepare machined products for shipment, including boxing and labeling.
• Operate powered narrow-aisle pickers safely to retrieve items.
• Lift and handle items up to 50 lbs with assistance for heavier loads.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety protocols.
• Collaborate with other departments as needed to support operations.
