Responsibilities

• Prepare and package finished goods according to customer specifications and internal procedures.
• Verify part numbers, quantities, and documentation prior to shipment.
• Ensure proper labeling, traceability, and certification paperwork is included.
• Coordinate shipments with approved carriers and freight providers.
• Complete bills of lading, export documentation, and shipping records.
• Utilize ERP systems to process shipments and update inventory status.
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely as required.
• Maintain organized staging and shipping areas.
• Support cycle counts and inventory reconciliation as needed.
