Responsibilities

• Use RF scanners and tablets to validate inventory and shipment data.
• Direct drivers to dock doors, loading areas, and pickup points.
• Review shipping documents and resolve discrepancies before release.
• Communicate with warehouse, shipping, and transportation teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Monitor loading activities to confirm compliance with procedures.
• Investigate shipment errors, shortages, or inventory issues and report findings.
• Maintain accurate records of audits, inspections, and shipment verifications.
• Follow safety policies in warehouse and shipping areas.
• Assist with inventory verification and occasional cycle counts.
