Qualifications

• High School or GED equivalent preferred.
• Mechanically inclined, production-oriented and safety and quality conscious.
• General knowledge of crane operation and ancillary lifting devices.
• Basic math skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work under general supervision.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to inspect material for quality conformance.
• Functional literacy.
• Working knowledge of general computer programs preferred.
• Previous experience with precision instruments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate automatic leveling, sheeting, cone-operated equipment to level length and stack weigh sheets to customer requirements.
• Work from customer orders, engineered layouts, and general instructions.
• Operate equipment and follow safety and quality policies to ensure productivity.
• Inspect material and ensure conformance to drawings and measurements.
