• Sewing efficiency and production: at least 1 year experience or training.
• Vacuum sewing machines weekly.
• Attend production meetings when necessary.
• Assist with quality control when necessary.
• Work with Line Supervisors to improve efficiency.
• Inform Line Supervisors when sewing equipment requires maintenance or supplies are about to run out.
• Represent Rightfully Sewn at occasional internal events such as tours and meetings.
