Job summary

Top Shelf Manufacturing, LLC. is seeking a regular full-time Sewing Machine Operator in our Sewing department. You will sew and assemble products using samples, BOMs, and production instructions while adhering to quality standards.

The role requires a sewing test, good attendance, and the ability to read a ruler to 1/16”. Prolonged sitting/standing is expected, with standard hours 6:00am–2:30pm, Monday–Friday, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Simple sewing test will be performed to demonstrate sewing skills/ability.
• Maintain quality workmanship.
• Maintain good attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to read a ruler/scale down to 1/16”.

Responsibilities

• Use a variety of sewing machines to assemble products. Perform operator adjustments for proper stitch (tension, stitch length, speed).
• Follow written instructions for each product. Training will be provided as required.
• Check quality through process.
• Use other production equipment as required. Training will be provided as required.
