Qualifications

• Past sewing or production experience is preferred.
• Willingness and ability to learn sewing, cutting, and assembly processes.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to follow work instructions, product specs and quality standards.
• Able to perform repetitive, detail-oriented work accurately and consistently.

Responsibilities

• Operate sewing machines and related equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect and maintain machine components and perform basic routine maintenance.
• Sew assigned products to meet quality standards and production metrics.
• Inspect materials and finished work for defects and proper construction.
• Troubleshoot basic machine problems and coordinate with a technician.
• Cross-train in other departments to assist with production as needed.
• Assemble and package products according to standards when required.
