Job summary

Protonex LLC, dba PNI Sensor in Santa Rosa, CA, is seeking a meticulous assembler to join our manufacturing team. The role involves operating the winding and die-bonding assembly line, calibrating and testing sensor modules, and supporting quality inspections on a daily basis.

You will record failures and report them to the Assembly Lead, while performing other duties as assigned to maintain production flow. High school diploma and at least one year in manufacturing are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year manufacturing experience.
• Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
• Comfort with repetitive tasks and basic mechanical skills.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate the automated winding and/or die-bonding assembly line.
• Assist in calibration and test of products under guidance of Assembly lead.
• Assist incoming quality inspection of parts for in-house assembly.
• Record and report failures during production to Assembly Lead.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
