Qualifications

• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to operate production equipment safely.
• Ability to read and follow work orders and job tickets.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate manual and/or automatic screen-printing presses for production runs.
• Prepare screens, stencils, squeegees, and mix inks to meet color specs.
• Load substrates and ensure accurate print alignment.
• Inspect printed materials for color accuracy and registration; correct defects.
• Clean equipment and work areas; perform routine maintenance and report malfunctions.
• Maintain production counts and complete required paperwork.
