The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented with a strong work ethic, enjoying hands-on work in a manufacturing setting. The position requires a high school diploma, 1–3 years in manufacturing or inspection, and ability to read English work instructions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing or inspection preferred.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions in English.
• Familiarity with measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, rulers).
• Strong math and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and dependable.
• Must lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work around flashing lights or imagery; photosensitive individuals should use caution.
• No supervisory or management responsibilities.
• Relocation assistance is not provided.

Responsibilities

• Rewind, inspect, and finish labels per work instructions to ensure quality and customer specs.
• Perform visual inspections for defects.
• Measure product dimensions with micrometers, calipers, and rulers.
• Bag and label finished products.
• Log product movement and inspection results in the system.
• Ensure product quality throughout production stages.
