Qualifications

  • Familiarity with blueprint reading and construction estimating processes.
  • Hands-on experience operating power tools and heavy equipment safely.

Responsibilities

  • Perform demolition, framing, drywall installation, and finishing to prepare spaces for renovation or restoration.
  • Install and repair fixtures, cabinetry, doors, flooring, and trim carpentry components with precision.
  • Conduct electrical work, plumbing, painting, caulking, stucco application, and masonry tasks as required.
  • Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely to facilitate construction activities on-site.
  • Read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately execute project plans.
  • Manage construction site safety protocols and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with project managers and clients to coordinate schedules and ensure quality standards are met throughout each phase of work.
