Job summary

Yoh is seeking a Receiving Inspector for a contract opportunity with our client, L3Harris, in Henrietta, NY. The role will inspect incoming electronic, mechanical, and fabricated components used in the production of advanced tactical communications products.

Key duties include verifying part numbers, testing materials, reading drawings, and documenting results. Preferred candidates have 2+ years in receiving inspection, proficiency with calipers, ohm meters, and related tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years receiving inspection experience preferred.
• Experience with measurement tools such as calipers, ohm meters, and magnification aids.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and computer skills.
• Ability to pass background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and test incoming parts, materials, and components for quality and specification compliance.
• Verify part numbers, quantities, and procurement documentation.
• Read and interpret mechanical/electrical drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Use measurement and inspection tools to approve or reject incoming materials.
• Document inspection results electronically.
