FreshPoint, Inc. is seeking a reliable Receiving Associate to join our warehouse team in Florida. You will receive, inspect, and process shipments, ensuring accuracy and a safe, organized work environment.

Responsibilities include unloading deliveries, verifying quantities, entering inventory records, and maintaining proper storage. The role requires attention to detail, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 50–80 lbs. Pay is $18 hourly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years related experience.
• Basic computer skills and Microsoft Office experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift and move products.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload incoming deliveries.
• Verify shipment accuracy and inspect products for quality.
• Enter and maintain inventory records using warehouse systems.
• Organize and store products in designated locations.
• Communicate with drivers, vendors, and warehouse personnel.
• Follow safety, quality, and company procedures.
• Counting items received accurately.
• Tag products and rotate stock.
• Complete paperwork including POs, rotation reports, and spoilage logs.
