This role requires a valid CDL and adherence to safety protocols while maintaining high standards of customer service and truck upkeep. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a good driving record. This job involves physical tasks, including lifting and navigating varied terrains.

Qualifications

• Driver must not be prohibited in the FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse.
• Acceptable CSA and MVR record; no DUI/DWI in the last five years.
• No more than three moving violations in the past three years.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all regulations and promote a safe working environment.
• Ensure the safe and timely delivery of concrete loads to job sites.
• Adapt discharge methods to various site settings and conditions.
• Attach and manage extension chutes as necessary for precise concrete pouring.
• Maintain the cleanliness and mechanical soundness of the ready-mix truck.
• Provide outstanding service, maintaining a professional image.
• Work closely with dispatch and other team members for efficient operations.

Skills

Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL A or B)

Proficient in English

Strong understanding of safety protocols

Strong communication skills

Knowledge of traffic routes

Education

High-school diploma (preferred)
