Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing or related environment.
• Experience performing quality inspections on products and components.
• Familiar with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Proficient with blueprints and technical drawings.
• Skilled in using precision measuring tools.
• Strong documentation and reporting of non-conformances.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand long shifts.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
