Job summary

Arnold Magnetic Technologies in New York is seeking a Quality Technician to verify parts in a machining and assembly environment, measure against drawings, and document quality records. The role requires an associate degree, 2–5 years in manufacturing, GD&T reading, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent technical experience in manufacturing.
• 2–5 years manufacturing experience with machining/assembly.
• Ability to read GD&T on drawings and inspect to requirements.
• Experience with CMM, Keyence, laser scanners and precision gauges.
• Familiarity with AS9100 or ISO9000 quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality inspection tasks in machining and assembly.
• Inspect materials and finished goods for conformance to specs.
• Generate and store quality records and certificates of conformance.
• Assist in preparing First Article Inspection Reports (AS9102).
• Provide shop-floor support and train personnel in measurement techniques.
