Job summary

NEXXTA in Wisconsin is seeking a Quality Inspector to develop test methods and validate production inspections of molded components and assemblies. You will program CMM, Vision Systems, and Laser Scanning equipment, perform data analysis in Excel or Minitab, and help ensure gauges are calibrated and non-conformances are reported.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, with ASQ certification desired.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required or equivalent.
• ASQ Quality Inspector/Technician certification is desirable.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and ISO/ASME GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Develops measurement methods and equipment for determining dimensional features of products.
• Program and use CMM, Vision Systems, and Laser Scanning equipment.
• Perform inspection and testing of molded components and assemblies for conformance to requirements.
• Analyze measurement data and statistics to assess methods and process capability.
• Support gage calibration, including monitoring due dates and coordinating with third parties.
