Job summary

Multilink Inc seeks a Quality Inspector to ensure all products meet customer specifications and to document non-conforming items. The role involves inspecting steel/aluminum cabinet pieces, receiving and inspecting purchases, and delivering items to the correct location.

You will read blueprints, use measuring tools, and support the quality and production teams to resolve issues. Attention to detail and the ability to work with data in an MRP system are essential, as is maintaining the quality

Qualifications

Must read blueprints, tape measure, calipers, and other shop drawings.
Experience with quality control in manufacturing preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy required.

Responsibilities

Perform visual inspections of steel/aluminum cabinet pieces & parts with enclosures.
Receive and inspect purchased products and materials.
Deliver bought out products to the specified location.
Inspect powder coated parts for finish defects.
Enter data for inspections using email and MRP system.
Read and analyze blueprints.
Work with Quality and Production teams to problem solve.
Manage Quality warehouse for non-conforming product.
Investigate non-conforming material for disposition.
