Job summary

Philips in New York is seeking an Inspection Technician to support complex quality control tasks within a regulated environment. You will measure parts and devices using calipers, micrometers, and other tools, and document results according to GDP.

The role involves SAP/MES inspections, audit support, and contributing to continuous improvement. Onsite work in Glenville, NY, with temporary assignment to Menands, NY.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality inspection in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with GD&T and engineering drawings.
• Ability to read measurements with basic inspection tools.

Responsibilities

• Measure parts, fixtures, tooling, assemblies and finished medical devices using appropriate tools per procedures.
• Execute Quality Inspection tasks in SAP/MES for accurate inventory control.
• Document test data and observations; prepare reports with GDP.
• Contribute to improvements of inspection procedures; support audits.
• Raise nonconformances and assist in corrective actions.
