Qualifications

• Experience in QC or manufacturing preferred.
• Read blueprints, instructions and product specifications.
• Use measurement tools and perform visual inspections.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Dependable, self-motivated, with urgency.
• Plastic injection molding or regulated manufacturing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints, work instructions, and specifications to understand quality expectations.
• Inspect in-process production using visual checks and measurement testing.
• Approve finished products by confirming specifications and quality standards.
• Identify nonconforming product and return items for rework when needed.
• Confirm rework has been completed correctly.
• Document inspection results through reports, logs, and database entries.
• Track rework, waste, and supplier quality information.
• Approve or reject raw materials based on quality standards.
• Prepare and submit reports to the Quality Manager.
• Assist with root cause analysis, corrective action and preventive action activities.
