Job summary

Rapido Talent is seeking a Quality Inspector in Delavan, WI for a full-time on-site role. You will perform first article, in-process, and final inspections on precision machined components, reading blueprints and specifications, and verifying dimensional accuracy with precision measuring tools.

Ideal candidates will have prior quality inspection experience in manufacturing, strong attention to detail, and the ability to document inspection results and collaborate with production to meet customer

Qualifications

• Previous Quality Inspector experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Experience using precision measuring equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections on precision machined components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications.
• Verify dimensional accuracy using precision measuring equipment.
• Identify and document nonconforming product.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and quality documentation.
• Partner with production to ensure customer quality requirements are met.
• Support continuous improvement and quality initiatives.
