Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of GD&T.
• Ability to interpret inspection data and explain results clearly.
• Comfort with precision measuring equipment.
• Detail-oriented and safety-conscious.
• Ability to follow technical specifications and procedures.
• Effective communication with production and quality teams.
• Willingness to learn new inspection methods and equipment.

Responsabilités

• Perform dimensional, physical, and visual inspections of manufactured products.
• Use micrometers, calipers, and gauges for measurements.
• Work with CMMs and laser flatness testing equipment.
• Conduct ultrasonic and dye penetrant inspections when required.
• Complete first article inspections before full-scale production.
• Document inspection results in SAP and related systems.
• Communicate results clearly when specifications are not met.
• Help move accepted products to the next work stage.
