Job summary

Federal Reserve Board is seeking a Quality Inspector at our Anoka location to ensure quality products meet standards. Responsibilities include sampling, visual and dimensional inspection, and maintaining inspection documentation.

Must be 18+, have a High School Diploma/GED, and be able to work 12-hour shifts. Training on computers and precision measuring devices within 30 days is required. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Strong organizational skills and a good work ethic.
• No disciplinary action in the past 12 months.
• Ability to learn to use computers and precision measuring devices within 30 days.
• Good communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to work 12 hours on assigned shift.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Safety – follow all rules and report hazards immediately.
• Quality – understand product quality requirements and ensure they are met.
• Inspect/audit loaded rounds and fill out paperwork.
• Follow 5S and clean up protocols.
• Disassemble and handle ammunition components and products.
• Work scheduled hours plus overtime as needed.
