Quality Talent Group is recruiting on behalf of a global building automation and industrial technology leader in Minnesota. The role focuses on quality control testing across product lines, with hands-on calibration and data reporting responsibilities.

The ideal candidate brings 1–3 years of QC/testing experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a willingness to obtain Minnesota DOT Certifications. This full-time onsite position offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years concrete and/or aggregate testing experience.
• Ability to obtain Minnesota DOT Certifications.
• Two years of post-secondary technical education or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality control tests for the specific product line.
• Conduct quality control tests within established precision standards.
• Report results upward and seek assistance to analyze data.
• Perform some service, repair, and calibration of laboratory and field testing equipment.
• Carry out regular updates to Quality Control and Quality Assurance test databases.
