Job summary

Qualifications

• Five years experience in CMM / layout activities using PC-DMIS software.
• Experience with IATF standards / APQP requirements.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Strong GD&T, gage design and use principles.
• Experience calibrating gauges and using measurement equipment.

Responsibilities

• Layout annual validations per customer and internal requirements.
• Provide layout reports and analysis; support engineering drawings.
• Coordinate outside layout services and maintain documentation.
• Calibrate gauges and manage gage records and schedules.
• Ensure MSA activities are performed and filed properly.
• Train auditors and staff in measurement techniques and gage use.
• Assist with tool design and in-process inspection as needed.
