Job summary

Avery Dennison is seeking a Quality Control & Packaging Associate to inspect, package, and ship finished label and print products. You will work with leads and supervisors to ensure every shipment meets strict quality standards and arrives to customers on time.

The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and collaboration within a team-driven environment, with a primary focus on maintaining high quality and efficient packaging processes.

Qualifications

• High attention to detail with ability to follow SOPs.
• Adaptable to shift changes and overtime.
• Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset.
• High School Diploma or GED; basic computer literacy for ERP data entry.

Responsibilities

• Quality Inspection: inspect, separate, and package printed products per specs.
• Shipping & Logistics: prepare packages, verify orders, coordinate with couriers.
• System Operations: log daily time, materials, and production steps in ERP.
• Worksite Safety: maintain clean, safe workspace and use PPE.
• Team Collaboration: communicate issues and support teammates to meet deadlines.
