Waldom Electronics in Ohio is seeking a Quality Control Auditor to verify accuracy of picked orders and maintain quality controls in a fast-paced warehouse. You will audit parts, labels, quantities, and documentation, and collaborate with picking staff to resolve discrepancies.

This role includes preparing Certificates of Conformance and supporting pre-packaging processes. Qualifications include 1 year of picking experience, ERP familiarity, basic math, and proficiency in Excel/Word/PDF tools.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience with proper picking processes and procedures.
• Ability to learn ERP; prior ERP experience preferred.
• Basic math skills.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel, Word and PDF Editor skills.
• Ability to interpret drawings.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Audit picked orders for part number, labeling, pre-packaging, and quantity.
• Review manufacturer drawing and/or specification sheets.
• Verify part number markings on product.
• Cross-reference information in the system.
• Review picked location against order details.
• Utilize weigh scales or conduct hand counts as necessary.
• Document discrepancies found during audits.
• Collaborate with picking personnel to resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare Certificates of Conformance for customer orders.
• Prepare moisture-sensitive products for shipment following guidelines.
• Assist in implementing effective pre-packaging methods.
• Assist in picking orders during high volume periods.
• Maintain Electro-static picking stations.
