You will use calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify dimensions, record data, and report defects promptly. The position offers hands-on training and growth within a manufacturing and quality control environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing and assembly processes.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify and document defects.
• Familiarity with measurement tools and quality control procedures.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing processes and procedures.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Additional technical education or certification in quality, inspection, or manufacturing (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Inspect and evaluate components and assemblies to confirm they meet specifications and quality standards.
