Job summary

Crane Pumps & Systems in Piqua, Ohio seeks an assembler to join our operations team. You will assemble parts at workstations per prints and instructions, test pumps and accessories, and repair items that fail tests. The role emphasizes safety and teamwork on a busy shop floor.

The position is full-time, onsite, with opportunities to learn through on-the-job training and contribute to KPI performance. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred and physical lifting is required.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds frequently
• Prior manufacturing experience preferred
• Mechanical / electrical aptitude preferred

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts per prints, work instructions, and on the job training
• Use basic hand tools and air tools to assemble products
• Perform specified electrical and performance tests on subassemblies and assembled product
• Assist on paint line as needed
• Complete KPIs for performance measurement
• Work in a team environment
• Maintain clean and safe working environment in line with company policies
• Other duties as signed
