Job summary

MAPEI Corporation is seeking a Production Operator Pre-Weigher to accurately weigh and prepare ingredients for production, ensuring safety and quality at every step. You will handle materials, operate scales and warehouse equipment, and support multiple production areas to maintain efficient workflow.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, strong communication, and physical ability to lift up to 55 lbs.

Qualifications

• Hands-on work willingness and mechanical inclination.
• Manufacturing/process experience; forklift certification is a plus.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. independently; and up to 100 lbs. with assistance.
• Able to stand for extended periods; overtime and shift hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Weigh and prepare ingredients per production schedules.
• Accurately measure and handle ingredients with safety and quality.
• Use scales, pumps, hand scoops, and containers for precise measurements.
• Transfer materials within the facility.
• Prepare packaging, label containers, and palletize products.
• Keep accurate records in written and electronic formats.
• Operate warehouse equipment (lift trucks, pallet jacks, forklifts).
• Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a clean workspace.
• Perform additional duties as required.
