Job summary

Leer Inc. is seeking a reliable Production Operator for our Jefferson St facility in Wisconsin. You will operate production machinery, monitor equipment, and support daily output by following standard operating procedures, quality standards, and safety rules.

In this role you will perform inspections, document data, and work with the team to meet production targets. Physical demands include lifting 20–50 pounds, standing on concrete for long periods, and occasional overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in manufacturing or construction is a plus.
• Forklift experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and equipment according to established procedures.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and basic troubleshooting.
• Conduct quality checks and document production data accurately.
• Follow all safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Report equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, or quality issues to supervisors.
• Meet production targets and deadlines as assigned.
