Job summary

AquaPhoenix Scientific, headquartered in Hanover, PA, is hiring a full-time Production Associate - Machine Operator to support our water testing kit and reagent manufacturing operations. You will prepare reagents, operate ampule-filling equipment, and ensure accurate production while following formulas and batch records.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and able to work independently or as part of a team, with a strong commitment to safety and continuous

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a high-volume, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Attention to production output, safety, and quality with focus on detail.
• Verbal communication and ability to follow directions.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to work overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Review work orders, formulas, batch instructions, and production requirements.
• Accurately measure, prepare, and mix reagents according to specs.
• Monitor production process and identify issues affecting quality or safety.
• Operate ampule-filling equipment to maintain fill volumes and output.
• Set up, calibrate, and organize machine and equipment for daily runs.
• Maintain housekeeping of the production area and PPE compliance.
