Job summary

NeoMetal in Oakdale, CA is seeking a Production Associate to create high quality body jewelry and meet production standards in a fast-paced environment. You will keep a clean workstation, operate machinery safely, and ensure accurate packaging for shipment.

You will perform quality inspections, record results in the ERP system, and support a collaborative team to meet production targets while maintaining product quality and traceability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Finger dexterity for small parts work.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interpret numerical data, count, calculate percentages.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate a positive work environment and maintain strong communication with internal and external contacts.
• Sustain continuous improvement and collaborate to identify improvement opportunities.
• Perform quality inspections and document results; report defects to supervisor.
• Conduct inventory procedures with accurate results.
• Follow packaging and labeling requirements for shipment.
• Deburr parts thoroughly and ensure aesthetic and functional quality.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and accurate ERP data entry.
• Cross-train and assist with related tasks as needed.
