Job summary

Harmar, a leading manufacturer of mobility assistance equipment, seeks a Production worker to assemble sub-assemblies and ensure product quality. The role involves using hand and power tools, testing components, and maintaining production flow to meet daily schedules.

Candidates should have attention to detail, good teamwork, and basic computer use for timekeeping. The position offers full-time hours, with a Monday-Thursday schedule (6:00 am - 4:30 pm) and overtime on Fridays, plus comprehensive

Qualifications

• Ability to use hand tools and power tools.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with others.
• Basic understanding/ability to use computer to access time and attendance system.

Responsibilities

• Assemble sub-assemblies using hand tools, fixtures and test devices per specifications.
• Test and calibrate assemblies to meet tolerances and product specifications.
• Follow daily production schedule and ensure quality is maintained.
• Identify and report units that fail tests or tolerance levels and adjust as needed.
• Maintain organized work area and coordinate flow of products through manufacturing.
