Job summary

Hunting Energy Services in Louisiana (Schriever) is seeking a detail-oriented production teammate to support our manufacturing operations on the shop floor. The role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and hands-on tasks across the shop floor.

You will maintain process documentation, assist with plating, marking, and assembly, operate a forklift as needed, and ensure work is completed on time and to Hunting specifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of manufacturing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain documentation and integrity of process routers.
• Split: Support copper plating, blasting, phosphating, painting, torquing, swaging.
• Perform stress relieving, metal and laser marking, and stenciling.
• Assist product assembly.
• Operate the forklift as needed to assist the production process.
• Support maintenance of customer-owned inventory by cleaning and prepping pipe for shipment.
• Ensure products are completed in accordance with Customer/Hunting specifications.
• Communicate details, delays, and discrepancies to the department supervisor or lead person.
• Ensure jobs are completed on time and within the allocated time allowance.
• Maintain a disciplined clocking method of time capture for production orders.
• Maintain a safe work environment and housekeeping within the department.
