Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to read gauges and blueprints.
• Comfort with basic computing and machine interfaces.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run compaction presses.
• Perform 2–3 set-ups per shift when needed.
• Operate multiple presses or inspection equipment concurrently.
• Meet tight production requirements and adjust in real time.
• Switch between roles/pitches in the cell daily.
• Support a value stream workflow from setup to pressing and inspection.
