Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assembles, installs, and aligns dies in press per specs.
• Adjusts ram stroke to specified height.
• Positions work piece against fixtures or stops on machine bed or die.
• Starts press and monitors operation for misalignment.
• Inspects pieces for conformance and adjusts tooling accordingly.
• Changes over setups and maintains quality using gauges.
• Maintains safe, clean work environment and proper paperwork.
