Special Products & Manufacturing in Rockwall, TX is seeking a Press Brake Operator to join our team. You will operate Amada press brake, read blueprints, perform precise bends, and maintain quality standards on metal components.

This role requires at least 2 years of press brake experience, ability to read gauges and prints, and the physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs. We offer a fast-paced, collaborative environment with competitive pay and both shift options.

Qualifications

• Two years of Press Brake experience is required.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret print notes.
• Proficient in basic math, including fractions and decimal conversions.
• Ability to read a square, protractor, and dial calipers.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate a fully functional NC press brake and set up tooling.
• Read and apply bend deductions and correct tooling for angles and radii.
• Convert decimal/metric/fractions and determine flat patterns for 90-degree bends.
• Follow instructions for tooling installation, bending direction, and dimensional corrections.
• Ensure part quality meets customer specifications and SPM standards.
