Staffmark Group is hiring a Press Brake Operator in Cincinnati, OH to set up and run precision bending equipment. You will read blueprints, adjust tooling, and verify parts with calipers and micrometers.

Pay is $22.00-$23.00 per hour, schedule 6:00 am-2:30 pm, with safety and quality as top priorities. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and experience reading drawings, using measuring tools, and maintaining dimensional accuracy in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Experience reading blueprints, work orders, and specifications.
• Ability to read measuring instruments and ensure dimensional accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Operate press brake machinery to bend and form metal parts according to blueprints and work instructions.
• Set up and adjust machines, including tooling, dies, and machine settings.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements to ensure accurate production.
• Use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to inspect finished parts.
• Perform quality checks throughout the production process to ensure parts meet specifications.
• Load and unload metal sheets and components safely and efficiently.
• Make adjustments to machine settings as needed to maintain quality and production requirements.
• Identify and correct basic machine or production issues.
