Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Experience with sheet metals such as stainless steel, aluminum and carbon steel.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Set up and operate press brake machines with manual, semi-automatic, or CNC controls.
• Select tooling and dies per job specifications.
• Adjust machine settings for material type, thickness and bend requirements.
• Read blueprints and technical drawings and work orders.
• Measure parts with calipers, protractors, and gauges to verify tolerances.
• Maintain accurate production records and logs; report issues to supervisors.
• Follow safety protocols and keep a clean, organized work area.
